November 30, 2007, Newsletter Issue #92: The Art of Photographing Art

Tip of the Week

Make someone else's art your own! Try making art by photographing a work of art. Fine art digital photography can produce amazing results. Before you break out your camera in front of the Mona Lisa, however, here are two pointers.

• Keep a steady hand, any slight movement could ruin a shot. Bring along a tripod for your camera.

• Use a timer for your shot. Snapping a picture quickly could make for a shaky, rushed shot. A timer allows time to set up for a perfect digital photo.
