April 13, 2007, Newsletter Issue #60: Capture Captions Easier
1
Tip of the Week
One of the best parts of a well-made scrapbook is the messaging inside (each picture or page usually has some sort of caption or a little blurb that describes the photo or photos you are looking at). These captions can either be written in by hand or typed on paper. Digital photography can eliminate this time consuming task of cutting the messages out and using up space.
When you are editing a digital image with software you can do all kinds of things like add type. So, you can print the message right on the photo or in the frame surrounding it. This makes the end product a little less cluttered and a little more organized. Plus, it eliminates cramps in your writing hand.
